Private 1:1 Yoga Therapy Sessions
Yoga therapy is a personalized, collaborative process — one that calls on the full toolbox of yoga to support body, mind, heart, and spirit. It is not a yoga class. It is not a medical treatment. For most people, it is something they've never been offered before: a relationship that meets the whole person, over time.
I became a certified yoga therapist because I kept witnessing the same gap between the care people deserve and the care they actually receive. Often, the real work isn't fixing a symptom, but understanding the whole context in which that symptom lives.
Yoga therapy offers something different: time, presence, context, and integration — space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the patterns beneath the symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves.
Together, through a personalized blend of breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and embodied awareness, we cultivate resilience, self-understanding, and a deeper sense of balance. This is the work of remembering your wholeness — strengthening your capacity to meet life's challenges, and restoring your relationship with yourself, with others, and with the living world around you.
If you’re primarily looking for an exercise-based yoga practice, Private Yoga may be a better starting point – and you’re always welcome to move between offerings as your needs evolve.
