In yogic and Vedic traditions, Soma is often associated with the divine elixir of life – the celestial nectar of the mind that bestows ultimate nourishment, vibrant health, and profound rejuvenation. It embodies the gentle, luminous essence of the moonlight, a soothing balm for body and soul.

Sādhanā is a Sanskrit word that speaks to sacred practice. An intentional devotion to meeting yourself, day by day. It is an invitation to return to your inner world, to listen, to create, to notice what's alive. It's the consistent, loving attention we give to our spiritual journey, where presence deepens and our inner world begins to shape how we move through and connect with the outer world.
