Service Description

This program includes four (4) sessions: (One 90-minute assessment and three, 60-minute personalized sessions), along with the initial intake, consultation and assessment, a personalized care plan, follow-up appointments with plan progression, weekly accountability check-ins, follow-up emails for each session with instructions, videos, handouts, meditations and more. Payment: Sliding scale $500- $850. When booking, you can add on $X to the base rate, depending on your financial privilege and social location.
